The mission of the Clear Voice Hotlinesm Service is to expand the capacity of managers to responsibly address worker grievances and to encourage worker - management communications via a confidential worker communication channel. The Hotlinesm Service is committed to high ethical standards, including maintaining the confidence of information supplied to it via the website and telephone hotline system. Employees, consultants, vendors or any other parties who, in the course of their duties, may have access to complainant information are required to protect the anonymity of complainants and the confidentiality of complainant information at all times.
 
Aggregated information that has been carefully reviewed and dedacted for sensitive data may be used for statistical reporting and benchmarking purposes. In no case are the names or other identifying features of workers or factories revealed.
 
This policy is reviewed no less than annual to ensure that it fully reflects the mission of the Clear Voice Hotlinesm Service.
